Arc.dev · Remote hiring marketplace
4.2M organic impressions and 50% more MQLs in six months
Arc.dev is a remote hiring marketplace selling to US-based hiring managers. Christine Orchard led Arc's LinkedIn strategy end to end as Head of Marketing, from messaging and voice development through executive enablement, content production, and distribution. It is the same system Orchard Strategy now runs for founders and executives.

The challenge
Arc had a strong product and a clear ideal customer, US-based hiring managers, but struggled with visibility. Paid ads were expensive and easy to ignore.
What the company needed was a more sustainable, trust-driven way onto the radar of decision makers, one that did not disappear the moment the ad budget did.
What we did
- Activated three personal accounts as the primary distribution channels rather than leaning on the company page.
- Drove daily visibility with a consistent, high-quality publishing rhythm.
- Positioned Arc as a thought leader in remote hiring, especially for newer role types such as marketing, design, and executive assistants.
- Optimized for trust and demand generation while experimenting with lead generation.
Why it worked
This was not posting on LinkedIn. It was a system that translated Arc's positioning into the language buyers actually use, equipped executives with credible voices of their own, and treated the channel as demand generation that builds trust first and pipeline second.
Because reach sat with people rather than a logo, the audience that accumulated was made up largely of US startup and enterprise hiring managers and talent, Arc's exact market on both sides of the marketplace.
The result
Six months produced 4.2M organic impressions with zero ad spend, equivalent to roughly $300K in paid media value based on LinkedIn's US CPM benchmarks. MQLs rose 50% after the first three months as buyers began seeking Arc out directly.
The three accounts grew by more than 30,000 followers combined. Posts that passed 100,000 views correlated with spikes to Arc's highest-intent page, and visitor tracking confirmed steady increases in US startup and enterprise visitors that persisted after impressions normalized. Content also generated leads directly in DMs, including an inbound conversation with a content leader at another company that led to four hires and an $18K deal.
What this shows
Executive LinkedIn strategy can carry real demand for a company, not just awareness, when personal accounts are treated as the distribution channel and the content is built around the positioning rather than around the posting schedule.
